Grant Application

Our grant application is a fillable PDF form that can be completed on-line. You cannot save this form at any time; therefore the following steps are recommended:

  1. Open and print the blank Application;
  2. Complete the Application manually;
  3. Re-open and complete the Application on-line;
  4. Print the completed Application; and
  5. Mail the completed and signed Application to the Education Foundation for Tyngsborough at P. O. Box 370, Tyngsborough, MA 01879 by the applicable deadline. (Please keep a copy for your files if you so desire.)
